Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Jacek at the Verey Chapel, 43A Millar Street, Daylesford, Victoria on Saturday 8th August 2026 commencing at 11.30am.
Following the service, we will travel to the Daylesford Cemetery to lay Jacek to rest.
